Our Purpose in Offering These Safaris EcoVitality is a non-profit, tax-exempt environmental group set up to protect ecosystems and wildlife in remote rural areas of poor countries, where most of Earth's biodiversity is located. Because other conservation strategies have been failing, we're using an economic-incentives approach that helps people in poor rural areas get what they want most, better economic welfare, in return for their help in getting what we want, better nature conservation progress.
We're implementing this
economics approach by
offering superb
wildlife safaris and
using the profits from these safaris to fund conservation programs in
partnership with the Afri-Leo Foundation of Namibia. Our unique
eco-safaris are operated in partnership with Honeyguide Safaris, a
professional tour-guide company in Namibia run by Hobby and Steffi Kreiner. |

"Never having stayed in a tent before, camping in an area as remote and unpopulated as the Khaudom was the highlight of the trip. Going for the majority of a week with no other people around reinforced the sense of being part of Africa rather than simply observing it. The seclusion created a sense of intimacy among our group, making every evening special." John H. Read More Feedback from Previous Clients

Khaudom:
Our
tours are the only
scheduled safaris to the Khaudom Game Park, a million acres
of wilderness visited by just a few hundred people each year.
You'll have four days and nights to view untamed wildlife and an Ju/'hoan (Bushman !Kung San) People You'll visit one of the most authentic villages of the first occupants of Southern Africa culture. You can observe their legendary tracking skills, dances, handicrafts, homes, and enjoy their great friendliness. These Ju/'hoan live just south of the Khaudom Park, and no other tour groups visit them. Western Etosha National Park: Etosha Park is Namibia's premier tourism attraction and one of the world's great wildlife-viewing locales. We spend three days in areas where the highest density of animals are usually found. Then we show you the distinctive fauna and flora of the restricted western half of Etosha Park. We're one of the few tour groups with registered guides allowed to explore Western Etosha Park. Our safari itinerary is devoted to special places that other groups never visit!
